Group members watch online modules on different sleep topics, and then participate in facilitated Zoom sessions with Northstar founder Kristen Rainey to dig deeper into each topic. The sessions will focus on the group’s questions, interests, and personal sleep challenges.
For teams up of to 8 individuals, from a team or organization focused on improvising sleep.
Recommended format is two hourlong sessions per week, held over a three-week period, but custom formats can be arranged
